We developed a dynamic digital advertising system that retargeted users based on the last tour they viewed and the content they engaged with the most. Alongside this, a contextual campaign was introduced to broaden reach by promoting the most popular and current tour to new potential audiences. To maintain a balanced user experience, we also implemented daily and lifetime frequency caps for each user to avoid overexposure
Results
The campaign delivered a CTR of 0.09%, leading to multiple new conversions. In its first month, the Cost Per Action (CPA) dropped by 20%, exceeding the client’s performance goals. By February 2013, combined revenue from retargeting and prospecting efforts achieved a 272% return on investment (ROI).
